Five months old!

This past week was a busy one for us! Crew turned five months old and is doing so much! Each day is a new thing, we can't believe how much he is growing!

Crew was sick at the beginning of the week. He had a fever, then a rash, and then a bad cough. Matt and I took off work and took him to the doctor to get him checked out. Everything ended up being ok. Towards the end of the week he seemed to be feeling better and popped his second bottom tooth in on Friday! We can't believe he already has both bottom teeth at five months!

Crew is constantly rolling everywhere now! He used to only be able to roll belly to back. Sunday he started rolling back to belly. Now we definitely cannot let him out of our sight! He is everywhere! He is also babbling up a storm now! He coos at everything! It is so cute!

Birthday Celebration!

Sunday was my birthday and such an enjoyable day! We began the day by going to Coulter's Farm in Westville. We met Amber, Justin, and the kids there, along with Grandpa and Grandma Schnick. We all took lots of pictures together! We also picked out pumpkins and mums. This year was exciting because not only did we get a pumpkin for Matt, Caden, and I, but we got to pick out one out for Crew! We can't wait to carve them! Then Amber, the babies, and I went to a birthday lunch. We then visited with my parents and my mom's best friend, Sharon. While hanging out, we discovered that Crew's first tooth popped through! We were SO EXCITED! We started taking a million pictures. However, needless to say, to try and get a four month old to sit still while trying to hold his lip down and tongue back, didn't work too well! I will try and get one posted soon! The tooth is on his bottom right. It is so cute! ;) Finally, to top the birthday celebration off, we went to Grandpa and Grandma Schnick's for dinner. We got to visit with Uncle Craig and Great Grandma Morris too. We Skyped Aunt Meredith so she could see Crew. It was a great birthday weekend filled with spending time with the people I love! This was a very busy weekend for us! Friday night we went shopping for a Fall jacket for Crew. While we managed to get him a coat, Daddy also bought him his first pair of Nike tennies. They are so cute! He looks adorable in them! Saturday we went to my Aunt Lori's house for a cookout. We had a great time visiting with everyone! The weather was beautiful! Crew also got to see some of his cousins he doesn't get to visit very often, including Emmalina, whom was born the day before him. We had a great time and hope to see everyone again soon!
