"DIG PINK" Breast Cancer Awareness Event!

Crew in his mini "Dig Pink" onesie!
The onesie, made by the old Varsity coach, even had his name on the back! Mr. Clark surprised me with this! I loved it! Crew was too cute!
The handsome supporter of Breast Cancer awareness with his daddy, also wearing pink! ;)
Me and my #1 fan! :)
He was so happy to be there! My team just ate him up!
The JV coach, Pam. She LOVES Crew and we love her! She is a great coaching partner!
So cute!
My volleyball team with Crew in the middle! The girls love him so much!
The "Dig Pink" crew...playing for a cause!
Yesterday my volleyball team held our second annual "Dig Pink" event. This is an event that my assistant coach and I came up with last year to support the month of October and breast cancer awareness. We sold pink t-shirts, had a bake sale, had a 50/50 raffle, a blanket raffle, sold goodie bags, and pencils. We also gave flowers to breast cancer survivors. The event went over SO well! We had an awesome turnout! Last year we sold 172 shirts and this year we sold 277! The gym was filled with pink! We raised over $1,000 for the foundation and we donated money to a family in our school that lost their mother two weeks ago to breast cancer. It was a such a fun night! Thank you to all of my family that came out and cheered! We had a great time supporting the cause!
