Happy Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday everyone!!! Sorry it has been awhile since my last post, but things have been really busy! To begin with, I am back in school. As most of you know I started the graduate program at IUSB this past spring. I only took one class. I decided to take two classes this summer to try and get some out of the way. My Saturday class is 830a.m.-5p.m.. I had my first one this past Saturday and man was it tough!!! I have never had to sit that long through one class. I was wiped by the end of it. Only four more Saturdays to go! Thankfully my Monday and Wednesday night class isn't as bad. There are only four of us in it, so it makes it nice to have a small group to work with. Four years (graduation) seems soooooooo far away, but I KNOW it will be worth it in the end! I already can't wait to be done! ;)

Crew had his one year shots this past Monday. Despite the initial cry when they stuck him SIX TIMES!!!, he did great! No fussing or anything afterwards! Such a strong little guy! =) I also forgot to write his stats from his one year check up. He was 31 3/4 long (93%) and weighed 24.3 lbs (50%). The MD said everything looked great and that he was right on target fundamentally. He is almost walking and talking a ton. He says mama, dada, baba, bath, pop, ball, ta-tu (thank you), and is starting to talk in sentences..mainly just gibberish talk, but oh, so cute! He waves bye-bye, makes the sound of a dog when he hears or sees one, puts one finger up when you ask how old he is, and points to his ear when you ask where his ears are. We are working more and more with manners, body parts, and people. We just love conversing with him and listening to cute little voice.

We are hoping to get out on the boat this weekend. The weather looks like it is supposed to be nice! Hop you all have a great week!
